The complaints are true even today to the extent that the complaints insisted that this way the new plane can not be made in time..well in those days USA was able to make a new generation plane in three years..and India had comparable facilities if not of full production than supplemented by imports !
But even today India must spend 42,000 crores is proof of the insight of the complaints..why must a great People waste 42,000 crores of people's money instead of listening to the Truth..is a core of Beastliness of so called Humans of ..Harram Jethmalani who so wrote in Sunday Times of Randia of Nov4,2007 !
